Joke,....I know both are pelagic and contain mercury.
I eat both myself, just not everyday.

Marsh, they are shipped overnight on ice and never frozen. Just finished dinner, boy it was delicious and Tori has a new favorite fish.

It's Marsh Supermarkets. Probably the finest ones here in the area...

Also the DnR (local butcher/specialty foods shop) has fresh seafood that has been shipped in. Hard to do, especially when you're 800 mies to the nearest body of salt water.0
