Black tip 7.62x39

Well i picked up some 7.62x39 with a black tip i would like to know more about it. The head stamp is 311 on the top and 91 on the bottom i would like to know a little more about this ammo any help is apprciated.

  I've always been told that black tip ammo was loaded to higher specs than standard ammo. It is not recommended for very many weapons and certainly not very many rounds. Of course, thats MHO and in no way considered to be gospel. Check it out on your own.
