One of those magnesium fire-starters where you scrape your knife across the one side to get a pile of magnesium shavings, then across the flint on the other side to light up the pile. Haven't used it yet, but it might turn out to be very fun (and/or dangerous).

  never had any luck with those. theres probably a trick to it that i just never learned but i could never start a fire with one. hope you have better luck

  Those blastmatches look cool. I have no idea how well they work for the intended purpose, but I'm sure I could have a lot of fun with them.
