bought a knife from ebarf represented as custom made good steel and after it didn't show remembered a knife review forum ..turned out it is an import..started a dispute , notified, paypal and cc company to see if i can get $$$ back...bet delay was to get new shipment in...just a note to check review forums BEFORE purchase

  anyone know where I might find one like this, does not have

  I have a Gerber with replaceable blades. It came with the knife and saw blades. Nice knife, I've never used it though.

  Kershaw had a "chef Knife set" with swappable blades, and a nice travel set. I am sure you could get the dimensions of the locking mechanism, and have custom blades configured to fit...
