Prayers requested

Hi everyone,

For those so inclined, please pray for my pastor's wife. She has been fighting pancreatic cancer, big surgery, chemo etc... for 16 months and yesterday the scan showed it has come back. It seems to be growing fast.

    Just got off the phone with my sister and she informed me she and many others nationwide have lost their jobs at Wells Fargo. Not sure how many yet but I think it is a lot. She is quite down about it and feeling kind of helpless about it as it has nothing to do with her work performance. She was approaching retirement and is worried nobody will hire her due to her age. So for her, and all the others who were just told today that their job at Wells Fargo are over, please include them in your prayers.

    I dont know if you guys remember me talking about her but she passed away and I would like prayers for her family

    Its just such a shame she never got to be married or have kids or see another christmas

    I dont post much here anymore and I have never really ask for much either but I am now asking any and all of you who pray to keep my wife in your prayers.

    We just found out she has breast cancer.
    Doc says that it does not appear to be the invasive kind but she will have to undergo a masectomy at best.

    I have been married to her for 36 years and we are both scared but I am putting up a bold front so she hopefully will be a little less scared.

    Insurance dont cover poop but thats the least of my worries.

    Prayers would be appreciated.

    We lost my daughters Godmother a few days ago due to a massive stroke. I am requesting prayers for Klaus, her 88 yr old husband, my mother, her best friend, and my daughter, her God child.

    I respectfully request prayers for my newborn grandson Emmett. Born this morning by a scheduled c section. 7 lbs 13 oz. After birth, doctors decided he was 3 to 4 weeks premature. Apparently his lungs are not fully developed and he is on oxygen. Breathing in okay but apparently having problems breathing out. If his breathing does not improve they will send him to PICU.

    To make a long story short I am in my 10th year of remission from bilateral testicular cancer. After a recent yearly physical and blood tests I was just called and told my AFP tumor markers are elevated. I am set up tomorrow to do Abdominal and Chest CT's to check my liver and surrounding organs. The AFP is a marker usually for the liver functions. My dad passed from liver/colon/prostate cancer two years ago. I have done all my testing for all recommended surveillance since surgery in 2001. Nothing has ever shown up. They have me on Simvastatin which can effect the liver but I am not sure it would elevate the AFP markers. On top of all this I have my day in court tomorrow in front of the judge for full custody of my daughter. (EX wife almost killed her in drunk driving accident in February 2010). I am 46 years old and scared to death that cancer is coming back into my life. I am a self employed gun shop owner , have three kids two putting through college and I can not afford to miss work or life for that matter.

    I don't often ask for people's prayers, but this is a rough situation:

    I just found out yesterday from my dad that his youngest sister, my Aunt Jane, has pancreatic cancer, and is already turning jaundice. She's in her late 40s or early 50s.

    She has 2 children, both grown, and her husband is a retired Master Chief Petty Officer who did 24 years in the US Navy sub corps as a nuke tech, retiring as Chief of the Boat of the USS West Virginia.

    She lost her father, my Grandpa, a year ago tomorrow (11 Feb), and her oldest brother, my Uncle John, just a few months ago.

    Aunt Jane is a wonderful woman. Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers, and pray for a cure for pancreatic cancer within the next couple of weeks.

    Tomorrow afternoon I'll be in surgery for about two hours, if all goes according to plan. They will be correcting a deviated septum and removing a kind of large polyp that is blocking my airway. It should be fairly routine. I'm just hoping they find the polyp is benign and removing it will be the end of the story.

    I'm getting pretty tired of hospitals as this will be my 3rd surgery not counting blasting kidney stones in the last 12 months. I know my troubles are pretty minor in comparison to what some others have to deal with every day, but if you have the time to send a quick prayer it will be greatly appreciated.
