New Grandson

Last week I became a 2 time grandpa I have a new Grandson.
The funniest thing that I have heard for a while was in the room when my daughter was being hooked up to stuff, A Nurse in the room that was setting up the program on a computerized monitor asked my daughter,
"On a scale from 1-10 with 1 being no pain and 10 being MORE PAIN THAN YOU COULD EVER POSSABLY IMAGINE!, Where she was at?" YOW!! What a way to try and comfort someone. I think I would have said between no pain and extreme pain or something like that. It was just kinda funny the way it came out, I was just glad It wasn`t me being asked a question like that.
I would have called everything off if they were asking me a question like that.

    Had a new granddaughter a couple weeks ago. I'm a lucky man, because her cousin was born today. Different baby, same ol' ugly man holding him. Russel Wilburn Mayberry. My grandson, born today, Feb. 27, 2015. That boy has a spoilin' comin'! (and, a 10/22 for a little later)

    New grandson arrived yesterday at 10:13 am. Has a problem with his feet but doctors say it is easily corrected, just takes a while. Otherwise, he is healthy 9 lbs. 8 oz and 20 inches long.

    Not really a well known "member" of the group but certainly have enjoyed hanging around and learning from the legends (if even in their own minds).......

    My son's wife delivered me another grandson last night 7 lbs 5 oz keeper, just a little short of a month early and having some breathing difficulties but prognosis is good. [:)][:)][:)]

    Would appreciate the prayers of those who do and the kind thoughts of those who don't...... grandchildren are your reward for not killing your children and I absolutely love my three and wouldn't take anything for any one of them, in fact, now I know what they meant when I heard what another wise ole grandpa said, "if I knew having grandkids was so much fun, I would have had them first....."

    thanks for the moment of your time, you've given me something you can't get back.

    Mazels on the grandson. 7.5 lbs. is good for full term, I'm sure his lungs will get going soon.

    Congrats and prayers sent. 7-5 a month early... that's still a biggun. Hope all is well with the youngin and his family. My son was late, had to take him out, but had breathing problems. He has grown out of it now and is the healthiest one of us. He just turned 13 and is 6' 150lbs.
    I believe your grandson will be just fine.
