Dropped $750 on a DMPS upper and lower today, so begins my AR build.
Asked them 5 times not to mail anything to the house or the wife will find out.If I can get away with it for at least a few months
I can say it was for tools for work.she never goes in the gun safe and later on Ill tell her I picked it up for a few hundred[:D]

Yes! I wanted to go 308 but figured with ammo prices and such I stuck with the 223, Its just for plinking!0 -

I have 2 AR's now one's a 5.56 (223) the other is a 6.8SPC, and with the cost of ammo these days the 6.8 doesn't get to come out as much as I would like. DPMS is a great company, and these little rifles are fun as hell to shoot! ENJOY.
really $750 is a deal I spent $1300 on the upper for my SPR 6.8.[:I] thats not including the lower I am still building which will reach a $700 dollar total.[B)]
