Is It Legal ?

Hello All, This is my first post. My question is, Is it legal to sell a 10 inch barrel to a Game getter. Are there any laws against selling just the barrels?

  The Game Getter was a combination gun made by marbles for trappers. It was often a 44-40 and 22 with short 10 inch barrels and a shoulder stock. The 44 barrel is often smooth making it a shotgun. It is not legal to own with out 18 inch barrels and a stock or with proper papers.

  The whole quote said IT WAS MADE. They are no longer made, and were legal when they were in production.
  
  There are many still for sale LEGALLY and I am not sure if they are now on the NFA register or if they are exempt, but there ARE rules about them.
  
  
  Also having short bbls and a stock is not illegal as long as it is made/transfered legally.

  if a game getter is a firearm, how will it be able to purchase a barrel?
