Oh....do I miss that haircut on my little man. He is now 10 and has the flippy, long, in-your-face hair. Its what 99% of the boys have these days.
I took him to Super-Cuts to get a trim. I just couldn't stand it any more. I let him go back with the lady and she was pretty assuring the the "MOM" should stay out front....while she walked my son to the station to get "his" hair cut. I got in as many words as possible about what bothered me. Like....over his ears...it just doesn't know what to do...and...it may need thinned out so it wasn't so thick over his precious little eyes. She was nice and worked with BOTH of us for a happy middle ground. I can see his eyes....but he can still hide them if he knows I'm not looking.
