Tks, Defender. Dcon: he said he was active on TV. Lots of shots, etc. I simply wanted a face to go with the name. I have a master list of character actors/actresses that I occasionally refer to when I see something on TV, or rent a movie.

if you guys would have read my first post you would see his photos, and get a better picture of who your dealing with

And yes, I've been the victim of ATF nonsense, stealing all my photo albums, and then going "what guns" when the return of seized guns is demanded.
I've long advised folks to make photographic record of all their firearms and storing it on a separate drive or jump drive, hidden away from everything, in case they are raided, all the computers are taken and then receipts of seized property is either not given or "disappears", as the swine line their gun cabinets with the accused (or sometimes never charged) persons guns.

Police are required to give a receipt for all seized items taken during a search warrant, demand it, and reveiw it immediately after such a seizure.
And sometimes, you'll get into a huge fight with the LEOs in your attempt to get that receipt. I know this from first-hand experience.
July 4, 2006 one of my buddies went apepoop and threatened to go out to the mountains and kill himself. His wife called us and we went on a rather long search. We managed to reach him by cell phone and he calmed down (he had his phone shut off for most of the day) and agreed to come back home. Unfortunately, his wife called 9-1-1 that day, too, and the cops showed up at the house (this was the day, if anyone remembers this story, when the LEOs thought I was the guy and I got to lay face-down on the burning hot pavement).
The LEOs came in and confiscated both guns. I told the LEOs that the wife wanted a receipt for the guns. They refused. I explained to them that she had a right to a receipt for the guns. They said she didn't need one, that the police report would note that two guns were taken. I explained that a police report wasn't good enough unless the police report would be provided to us on the spot, and the police report would contain the serial numbers of the two guns. The LEOs explained that they couldn't provide a copy of the police report on the spot. I explained that the guns don't leave the premises without a receipt.
After going back and forth for about ten minutes, she finally got a receipt for the guns.0 -
