    Bout 10 days, 2 weeks or so...sometimes earlier..I have had sphynx kittens born with their eyes already open..

    I love Aussies.I used to have one,in my opinion better on cattle than Border Collie.Beautiful! Friend had a litter of Beagles born a week ago.He used my Beagle for stud so i get 1 or 2.

    I love newborns of all kinds....except newborn humans...wish they would be teens right away...They are going to be great dogs.....

    there are 6 total BR 3 blacks and 3 colored
    Iv got 2 of teh colored ones sold if they turn out to have long hair like sadie has kinda hard to tell right now they maybe all from the lab and the 3 colored may just got it from sadie.
    if not Ill give them away to good homes.

    Generally the eyes open anywhere from eight days to two weeks.

    That's a beautiful mom and some handsome pups. Sometimes when the pups are from two different purebreds it's all but impossible to tell the pups from purebreds. The only reasons I can think it would matter is if they are going to be used for breeding or showing.

    I had a dog from a German Shepherd mother and Labrador father. From all appearance and behavior, she could have been a purebred Labrador Retriever. She was probably the best dog I've ever had. Then again, when I was a teenager I had a dog who's mother was a collie and his father was a boxer. He had a boxer body with collie hair. He was a strange looking creature, but a mighty fine dog.

    If I didn't already have an Australian Shepherd I'd seriously think about making you an offer, but one Aussie at a time is about all I can handle. [:D]
