i know it has been posted here before and i did try the search, but what are some of the tried and proven free virus protection sites you can download

AVAST... None better!! My PC parts supplier uses the free version..
Check them out,great deals...www.a1000.com.
No , i do not work for them, in any way, shape or form.
They take care of me, when i need parts....That's it.
They are 4 miles from my home too...[^]
