Glock blows up

Take a look at A*uction A*rms dot com item #8452943 Apparently somebody used some bad reloads in their Glock 33 and it blew the hell out the chamber. That had to be a scary experience! [:0]

  I know that some of you will say that GLOCKS arent worth having, but why would someone spend that much on one that won't even fire? Barrel, extractor assembly and mag release assembly, plus the cost of the weapon from them and you have spent more than you can buy one for.

  I dont know, Why would you need spare parts when rarely a glock breaks?

  actually the parts for a glock are the cheapest available, you could theoretically build 2 of them for the cost of a new one, most of the cost for a new one is taxes
  
  a good friend of mine blew one apart with a double charge, glock fixed it, new barrel, and internals for 40 bucks shipped, and returned in less than a week
  
  another friend had a squib in his kimber, sent another round down after it, cost him 300

  So $40 plus the cost of this auction gets the winner a new glock, not bad.

  With that bulge on the frame I'm wondering if the plastic will be all out of shape. I know it's not like Rubber-Made where it'll just "pop" back in to shape[:D]. I wish Rubber-Made made cars[:D].
