Got up at 5:30...temp is a brisk 31 at my house....TV said Tampa is 29 but with the wind feels round 13.....

In the Adirondack region of NY, by my cabin it was 13 below zero this AM. If any one watches the national weather, Saranac Lake, NY is routinely the coldest region in the country this time of the year. They get down to 40-50 below sometimes for a week at a time. 0 -
Minus 4 when I got up. I'm going out in a bit to meet a guy with a front end loader to help me clear the road of the latest snowfall. Or, just leave the cats to fend for themselves while I take off for freezing Florida. 0 -

It was -17 degrees here in Antwerp NY this morning.
My brand new Nortech Naviagtor in car GPS device I got for Christmas was left on in my truck over night. It is now frozen, and the screen will not change, or turn off. I contacted SAM's club where my wife bought it, and they said just bring it back. The problem is that I don't know if I want to take a chance in having another one freeze. I like it, but this may be a hassel if I keep forgetting to bring it inside each time I park my truck for the night.

The outside air temp on my F-150's gauge was 39 degrees this AM!!!!
Usually, it's between high 70s-low 90s.

About every five years or so we get a couple of moderate New England winter days here in Central Florida just to remind us why we are here and why we could never move to anything but an equal climate.
Winter is nice for the range in Florida but since I shoot in the morning summer is also fine so it is a rare rainy or too windy day that keeps range options down.
Went for a nice morning bike ride with wind chills in the 20s. Such an oddity I had to do it.
What is funny is I had the AC on for Monday (81f) and then had to run the heat on Wednesday night.

-15 here in Carthage. But going up to the mid 40's this weekend. No wonder everyone here is sick!0
