COMPUTER HELP PLEASE

I got this laptop fixed and now half of my capital letters don't work as well as the question mark. What the hell is wrong[?] Don't yell if I don't use capital letters. It's not me, it's the damn computer

  SO, you are talking about the adobe plug in for internet explorer???, or the actual installed program?

  Zipper, I almost don't even touch the windows machine since I got this MAC. I still have a ton to learn. It is a 180 on how windows does most things.

  I had the same problem and finally removed Adobe Reader which had grown to 117MB on my system.
  I replace it with foxit2.2 which works just as good and take up about 2MB

  Adobe has a removal tool to remove all aspects of their software. This must be used prior to the re-install of the newer version you want. You will find the removal download and exe file at the adobe site. Good luck.
