Change text case in MS Excel

Anyone know how to do this function?

  has to do with the =UPPER
  formula
  use the help on excel

  =lower(XXX) converts to lower case
  =upper(xxx) converts to upper case
  =proper (xxx) capitalizes the first letter of each word
  
  I thought there was one to make sentence case too but couldn't find it.
