Anybody close to Spokane, WA!

Let's congregate at the BLM Rock Creek Management Unit (AKA Escure Ranch) and do some shooting sometime soon!

Escure Ranch is about 60-90 minutes SW of Spokane...all willing to make the drive are welcome. The site has good backstops for ad-hoc ranges anywhere from 10 feet out to 1000 yards (but it'll take a little walking to set the 'range' up). I'm not a hunter so I don't know about seasons, but I know that rock chucks, pheasant, and quail (at least) are available on the site, as well as the usual mammals.

E-mail me for directions if you're interested. ECC and NWCID, this is you!

So lets fix a date. I'll go first: any weekend works for me and I have a preference for the 12th or 13th of January because it's soon.

    I'd love to be able to do it, but I cannot make it that soon.[:(] I'm really not sure when I'll be able to commit to a date...but I'll let you know as soon as I can.

    I could probably hit it on the next weekend, on the 19th. I am good for a week day too like the 18th. I work Sun/Mon/Tue this month and on 2-1 I work Fri/Sat for a month. I got a buddy that would probably be able to come on a Friday and maybe a Saturday too.

    I would bring my ATV for the long range set up [:D].

    Well, I can do the 17th, 18th, 19th or the 20th (that's Thursday through Sunday) and can be there by 9AM, so choose the date and time.

    I may try to recruit a buddy too (he might be a newbie, but from talking to him he'd be an interested newbie).

    I think ATV setup of the range will work but I'm not promising.

    I will call my buddy tonight when he gets up for work. I am thinking the 18th will work best. That will give me time for my new P-mags to show up and my Sage EBR stock [:D].
