Even in a Democrat controlled house and Senate, a majority want the DC gun ban overturned, and the SCOTUS to rule the 2nd ammend is an indivudual right? (expressed by filing an amicus curie breif)
This is after the Bush administration filed an Amicus Curie brief telling the SCOTUS to leave the laws as they are.
Democrat controlled congress going pro-gun?
Republican Presidency being anti-gun?
