smith/shop ?

o.k. guys, you have a customers gun in your book for repair, needs something you cant do in-house.
does the "sub-contracter" so to speak, (bluer, plateing etc.) also have to have ffl for dealer-dealer, or not?
if not what do you show in records incase of a surprise visit while it is not on premises?
