Ponder This
I read an article in the Roanoke Times the other day that i will post when i locate it.The writer stated that the Nations Gun problem(Heck,i did,nt know it was a problem)could be fixed by a Government mandate for Arms manufactures to halt production.I was shaking my head while reading the article.Let,s say for a moment this happens.Production ceases by a certain date and all Arms that are in Gun shops can be sold and we can keep all our Arms we have in household.Yep scary!Assuming the common mid-grade firearm will last a lifetime or more depending on proper care and firearms will be passed down through generations, how will we fare?

Well, us that already own firearms would do just fine. It would be just like the machinegun ban of 1986. Any gun in existance before the ban would have a value of about 10 squared from it's value before the ban. 0 -
instead of just shutting them down the govt could orchestrate a profit by mandating their sale to a muslim or mexican organization....then maybe china could send us weapons made out of salvaged beer cans...STUPID 0 -
Would cause me no heartburn.
Several plusses here.
The FFL system would probably end ..a blessing.
A bunch of Beast lovers would get the shock of their lives ..and many of them would be forced to finally chose between freedom and servitude.
There are firearms aplenty here in America for the next 500 years.
American manufacturers that cater to the Beast will stay in business.and may they rot in hel for doing so.
Long live Ronnie Barrett !!!0 -

Yeah, and car accidents and hit and runs would be stopped if car makers shut down, and no one would have hang overs or screw ugly women if the distillers and brewmasters closed shop too..........[:o)]0 -
