Went, bought a case of ammo for the new AR. $380.00 for a case of Armscor M193 ball[V][V]. I wouldn't even buy any 7.62x51. Cases I paid $185.00-$210.00 two years ago were today $550.00. This BS has got to cease! Glad I have about 8000 rounds of 7.62x51 in the spare bedroom.

I just got back. Couldn't come home empty-handed, so picked up a Makarov (Russian) Has a very nice finish, but will have to wait a while to shoot it. Might even go back there tomorrow.
