Lawyer has a Bad Day

Caught on Tape! KY Attorney Attacked

SCOTT COUNTY, KY -- An attorney is knocked out cold in a Kentucky courtroom by the man he was representing and it's caught on camera.

Peter Hafer asked a judge in Scott County for a new attorney Monday becuase he didn't feel like his was doing a good job.

When the judge said no, Hafer took out his frustration on his public defender.

He hit him in the face with a fast right hook knocking the man to the ground.

Court security quickly jumped in to help.

Hafer says he snapped and doesn't remember what happened.
