Is there an easier gun to put together?!?!? Not one that ive seen!

Easier to clean than any other gun, one pin, pop out the bolt and carrier, clean, put back in, re-install pin!

I am sooo enamored with this new evil black rifle, i may only buy them, exclusively.On my next one, I would like to start with a stripped lower, and completely build it myself.

    I'm getting ready to buy a stripped lower and start on one myself. I am pretty sure I'm going to buy a fully assembled upper though, don't think I have the time to do that + I would have to buy all the tools and headspace, etc. But I am looking forward to doing the lower and picking all the parts I want. Probably will go with a RRA upper and am looking for the cheapest lower that has gotten good reviews now. Probably an Essential Arms stripped lower for under $100 shipped.

    IMO, it's hands down easiest for a rifle, but the Glock sure gives it a run for it's money if you count ANY gun.

    You can always buy a complete upper, and hand pick your choice of bolt, carrier, and charging handle. From what ive read, a chrome bolt, carrier and charging handle is supposed to be an upgrade from whatever comes with it stock.

    There is this site, Model1Sales.com

    they have a nice colection, and you can almost custom make your upper. Not sure if there any good, but ive been checking them out. Ill most likely end up with a Used RRA, DPMS, Colt 20 in upper for my fixed stock lower. Ive got a bushy upper on the M4 style one, the fit is phenomenal.

    I'd have to say the XD is easier than the Glock, but only slightly. The takedown lever on the XD is easier to engage/disengage but thats really the only difference.
