FFL Dealers Question

Do you guys have a general rule of thumb as to how you handle a tranasaction after its been past the three day period and you still have a delayed status on a customer. I know that ATF says it is up to you whether you choose to sell the item or not. What do you guys do ? Sell it anyway , dont sell, sell to some but not to others ?

    Our license is due to expire May 1st 2008. Should we have gotton the renewal paperwork already ?

    Mine expires 3-1
    Got the paperwork in Dec.

    Mine expires in May, and I have gotten no renewal notice either, if that is any help to you.

    The renewal paperwork generally comes 60-90 days prior to expiration. You should get it this month.

    Thanks guys ! We have held an FFL since they first started issuing them many moons ago. I just cant remember how the renewal stuff works.

    Usually 90 days- and read the fine print- if you have filed for renewal, and your license expires, there is an extension period.

    Mine expires in April and I just received my renewel.
    So you being a month further out you should receive yours any day would be my guess.
