  My day off and I'm a 3rd shifter so I can't sleep all night. At 3 am its lunch time according to my stomach.

  Good night doug, get some good sleep. Don't let the ex's stuff get to you. When I was going thru it on the 1, 2nd and 3rd wifes it all got to me and I lost sleep, weight, and friends. It was not worth it. 10 yearss from now you will look back and see what I mean.
