QUESTION TIME GUYS... reason given...

Was playing my fishing game....no pause but between levels we chat...

THis is what came up...

Guy is filing for divorce....been married 1 yr, 9 months....Moved from Texas to Wisconsin after chatting on line for a year...knew each other 2 days in person, then married.

Girl is two years older than him, he being 34, she is 36...she has 2 kids, 10 year old boy and a 20 year old daughter...She told him she didnt love him anymore ..but in the meantime her son, the 10 year old, hit him..

He then said his wife left him for muslim BUT drove him to the bus station so he could get a bus back home to texas...

Asked what was the reason stated on the divorce papers...he said NONE...another person said you must have a reason on the divorce papers or the courts will not file them...


So, the question is...
Is the guy telling the truth?..

I said no he wasnt, and will give my reason a bit later..

REASON BELOW
The reason was given in the first paragraph....The guy moved to Wisconsin, knew the girl 2 days and then married....


No way, no how...5 day waiting period in Wis...

And if it was texas, there is a 3 day wait, BUT he said they were married in Wis, 2 days after he arrived...

and no he isnt in the military where the waiting period can be waived...

    I wouldn't say he's not telling the truth, but he's not telling all of it.

    Wisconsin may be a "no fault" state where you do not have to declare a reason for divorce. I don't know, just a guess.

    OryGun is a no fault state.

    Don't see anything to indicate that the guy is lying.

    Florida is also a no Fault state, but a reason is put on the applications for the divorce and the divorce when granted states this reason.. IE; Divorce granted on the grounds of unreconciable differences..

    I dont know of a state that gives a divorce for "Just because"..[:D]

    For a reason the guy should list the following: "I am too dumb to be allowed to live, let alone be married."
