? about auction

Situation: Eleven days ago I used the buy it now option on a firearm auction (on this site). I have sent a total of 5 e-mails and called 4 times, twice leaving messages to return my call, none of which I have had any response. Since this was a gun that I wanted and another has become available on auction, my question to the forum is, How long should I wait before I am no longer obligated to the first auction? I have purchased over 40 firearms on GB in the past year and have an excellent feedback prasing my quick responses & payment. I do not wish to have a deadbeat seller mar my record. What say you?
