What US Military unit uses AK's ?

This picture has me a little confused. Maybe some of you Army guys can offer some help.

    Doesn't the Army maintain an opfor unit that uses only Eastern Bloc equipment?

    I'm not saying this yahoo is part of that unit, but I would assume they carry AK's.

    This answer in no way relates to the picture.

    "Spec ops" teams are allowed to choose there weapons and green berrets are equiped with "indeginous" weapons when they are trying to "force multiply". But you are talking the elite of the elite.. my guess would be that guy isn't one of them but just a guess.
