He's telling the truth, but part of the lie is the democrats refusal to allow all of the drilling due to ecological destruction. The other thing is, if the government allows BP and Arco to drill and claim the oil, they will just sell it to China and Europe because they can get more money.

I spent my first fifteen years as an engineer in the petroleum industry, up stream and down stream, and that guy on the video is full of a substance that generates "natural gas".
