Orange juice
We picked all of our oranges today off all the tree's in the back yard and the wife started to make orange juice to freeze. It takes a 5 gal. bucket of oranges to make 1 gal. of juice. We have 5 gal. in the freezer and about 50 more 5 gal. buckets to oranges to squeeze. Does anybody know how long it will keep in the freezer before it goes bad?

I couldn't find the answer for freezing orange juice but I found it for grape juice...indefinitely 0 -

We go thru about a gal. of orange juice a week so 50 gal. will last till we pick next year. IF anybody wants some oranges they are more than welcome to come pick. We have tangerine's , comekuats?, lemons, palmalopes, dates, grapefruit and plums. All organic. I have never heard of orange wine, is it hard to make? 0 -
