Saw a Ruger 10-22 pistol at the gunshow yesterday. I can't remember what it was called though. Had around a 12" or 14" barrel and a bipod. $300+.

  There have been other companies making them for a long time. I am sure Ruger has gotten enough requests for virgin receiver (which they won't sell) that they want in on a pice of the market. I could be wrong on this one, but I think Remington did the same thing with the AR. They saw how piss gun owners were about the Zumbo an now they have Bushmaster making AR's for them.
  
  While this Ruger is cool when I am done with mine I have the good feeling from building it.
