What's in your "car kit"?
In case of emergencies, what items do you all keep in your cars at all times?
Right now I have:
Small toolkit
Flashlight (crank powered)
Fix-a-Flat x2
Jumpstarter
Right off hand, I think I should add a couple warm blankets. Should I be carrying anything else?

I have two full load Medical kits. One in each vehicle.

Flashlights with extra batteries
Water
Jumper Cables in both, jumpstarter in the truck.0 -
Cables, tool box, bottle of water. I usually have an extra pack of smokes stashed in the car too. 0 -

The only thing differint I carry from you guys is matches and candles.
They provide heat and can be used to thaw the frozen food and water which is kept in a tote box in the trunk.0 -
I don't have a kit, because I drive a truck with a cap on it, and there for I can put lots of stuff under the locked cap.
But right now this is what I have.
Under Cap:
One large tool box stuffed full of tools
One hydraulic jack, with handle
One large 100 lb bag of whole corn
One 50 lb bag of layer pellets (Chicken food)
One Five gallon bucket with swivel seat lid containing game calls
One 25' tow rope
One 20' tow chain
One 5 gallon gas can
One Double Bull ground blind
Inside Cab:
One box 50 rounds 45 ACP
Five Boxes of 12 gauge shotgun slugs
One box 25 rounds 308
Many lose 22 long rifle rounds rolling around in cab
One space blanket
One hand held GPS
One Vehicle GPS Navigation system
One gravity survival knife
Approximately $10 in lose change for toll fees
One set of Camo seat covers
Many CD's.
One large spot light and one pair of binoculars
And I' sure there are several snickers and Ho Ho rappers stuffed under the seat too[:D]
