Here we are haveing Smoked pork BBQ, Smoked Salmon, beer boiled shrimp, Chicken wings (three types, BBQ, mild, and hot), potato skins, salad, chips and dips, and veggie plate.

And if you think that is a spread you should see what I am planning for the Daytona 500!
