For what its worth i am sorry for the things that i posted last night. I know i offended lots of people..For whatever reason i blew up. Really stupid. I know the mods are doing there jobs and despite what i may think i will never post anything like that again. I was wrong. I also have been rude to some in past posts and thats wrong too. Im just not like that as a person and wanted to say that im sorry for my behavior.

Im 31..started selling newpaper sub over the phone when i was 16..when turned 18 i sold sweepers door to door, that was horrible..got into the car biz when i was 20 and never looked back..i have been a finance mgr for a chrysler store for the last 5 yrs. i like it..0 -

I was a car guy in my first life, started out on the used car sales floor at a huge Ford store and worked my way up to GSM and did every job along the way.
I loved finance and was good at it. I ran over 100% penetration in warranty sales several times.

I made good money. Frankly, I made as much as a GSM as I do, sometimes, in my lawyer gig.
But the hours were brutal. We were a high volume Ford store and we pumped 24/6. I left the business because I wanted to have a life. Like I used to tell the green beans - "The car bidness is a jealous mistress..."
I used to hate looking out the showroom glass on Saturday morning and seeing all the people pulling their boats to the lake.

I have the utmost respect for the true professional car salesman. You eat only what you kill. You don't sell, you don't eat! THE WAY IT OUGHT TO BE!
