  Yeah, that's nuts. I guess if you're REALLY into it and an "enthusiast," you get into paying big bucks for your toys. But to have fun with airsoft, it doesn't take much money.

  I have a friend that is trying to get me into the whole airsoft thing, I just cant see it, why would I buy a toy gun for the cost of a real one? Yes, they are really cool toys, but it is still a toy. My buddy just bought a $350 toy M-4, I saw it and I was like, yeah it's cool but you could have bought a SKS, MN 91/30 and a Mossberg 500 riot for that much.

  My sons and I play "Gun War" almost every day. It's fun, but difficult to really determine who shot who first. We are planning to get airsoft guns so we can be more "deadly" with out game playing.

  That's pretty good job modding out the Mag to look like a M14. It'll look funny with a hopper but as a wall piece it's mighty fine.
  
  Personally I'd rather have a paintball gun like Mini-Gun (Warp-Feed and a case of paintballs in a back pack[:D]). At least this will look more realistic with tubes going in to the gun.
