  It is a consignment gun, the previous owner had it built by Reeder and had his initials engraved on the barrel. I realize it is hard to sell a gun with someone else's name on the barrel, but he priced it right. He paid about 1300 for the gun, plus the price of the Ruger Bisley that was modified. I would bet that Gary Reeder would re-do the barrel engraving or remove it and reblue for a fee.
