Political Correctness rears its ugly head in KC
Francis Semler, the 73 year old member of the Kansas City Parks department, finally felt the pressure was too great and resigned. Her crime was being a member of the Minutemen that went down to the border to monitor and expose our government's lack of effort in enforcing our border laws and so forth. La Raza, which was supposed to have a convention in Kansas City, backed out because the mayor would not fire her (good riddance to Las Mulas), the Southern Christian Leadership Conference backed out, and the NAACP either did or was threatening to back out if she was not fired. Black "activist" groups in Kansas City, as well as advocates for illegal aliens, demanded her ouster. The mayor had stood by her but the loss of revenue to the city, plus the mayor's recent statement that he had to keep her on in order to keep the "white vote" north of the river, finally caused this grandmother to toss in the towel. Those who put racial politics and ethnic identification, along with political agendas, over any loyalty to this great nation have won. Political correctness has once again reared its ugly head.

One of the challenges is interpreting the code-words used by politicians. For example, "hate-crimes" and "hate-speech" are some of the most legally ambiguous and problematic of terms they employ. They are talking about Francis Semler being forced to step down from Kansas City's Park Board and various civil rights groups are claiming victory because the evil Francis Semler was forced to resign for commiting the sin of caring about the integrity of her country. I knew that sooner or later the anti-white, racists would take Ms. Semler down. I'm suprised the poor grandmother held on as long as she did. One action that I hated and tells you the mindset of the anti-whites, is how a group (10 or so) people apparently phoned Semler's house to be sure she was home and then unexpectedly arrived at her front door to supposely personally present her with some kind of protest petition.
That was clearly an act of intimidation on the part of the anti-white. The grandmother Semler is on the KC Parks Board and the board has an office, keeps regular hours and has regular advertised meeting where that petition could have been presented to Ms. Semler in a more business-like manner.
In spite of all the anti-white actions/events that happen around the country, many whites, even many here on GB.com deny that such widespread and organized anti-white activity exist. To me, such naive thinking is akin to the liberal thinking that they will never have need of a gun because they will never have a need to protect themselves. Just another example of denying what is happening in the real world.
But, anyway, go ahead and call me a racist because I offer reality to you.0 -

it is obvious that the freedoms guaranteed to all citizens of the united states are being yaken away at a faster pace than at any other time in your history....what laws was she breaking? if she or anyone else wants to join an organisation that fully suports the constitution of the u.s.a then it should be their right!..from what i have read in your constitution i always assumed it was a right! obviously i was wrong. 0 -

In KC, MO, the powers that be (actual politicians and interest groups) make it quite clear that if someone supports something that disagrees with the way they want the world to run, you at best must stand in the shadows and whisper your position.
The example of Francis Semler. Appointed to a non-paying, non-critical position on the Parks Board for Christ sakes. Here she is, an elderly, non-violent grandmother who is against illegal immergration, joins the non-violent Minute Men, and she gets whacked by the powers in KC that don't like her position.0
