  Somewhere on your computer is a keyboard folder. I think mine is in the control panel.
  
  It is easier to just type it on microsoft word and copy and paste it to where you need it. In microsoft word use the insert/symbol buttons. When that screen comes up there click on a symbol and click insert, it also shows the shortcut at the bottom of the screen. ALT + CTRL + T is the shortcut for the trademark symbol T

  Alt 2 4 8 will get you ?. Use alt and a combination of 3 numeric keys to get many more symbols.

  Accessories
  System Tools
  Character Map
  
  Once the Character Map is opened
  Just choose one and click it.
  At the bottom of the window will be a line that gives you the Keystroke. Such as Alt+0169 which is the symbol for Copyright. c
  
  You can also just click the symbol which will high lite it in a separate box. Click Select and then copy it into a message.

  I just created a Desktop shortcut for it on my system.
