The doctor prescribed a "water pill" to help lower my BP. Now I am pissing about every 10 minutes.[:0]

How long have you been taking it?

One word of medical advise, most patients who start a water pill tend to drink more becuase they a re peeing more, don't do that. If you drink more because your peeing more, you are replacing the fluids your peeing and not getting the benefit of the water pill.

It will level out.. takes a bit of time.. been taking them for 3 or 4 years now..Maybe P three times a day now..

I'm taking it for the second day. I don't seem to be drinking any more. I'll check my weight in about a week. That should tell me something.

It will get better, hopefully the doctor put you on a potassium supplement also to replace the electrolytes you are loosing.[:)]
