My sons 7th grade team just won their conference basketball tournament. They all played one heck of a game. He ended up shooting 8-9 from the field and hit all 5 of his free throws. We were up big in the first quarter and the other team came back to make it a 3 pt game at the half. We were up 4 at the end of 3 and ended up winning by 3. We never lost the lead. We had the ball with 45 seconds left and our kids passed the ball so well that they couldn't foul us until 10 seconds left. At the end, We missed yet another free throw, and their kid rebounded it, went to pass it and my son blocked the pass, grabbed the ball, and held it until time expired. I'm very proud of all of them. 0 -

my daughters 8th grade basket ball team played their last game of the season tonight....they got beat pretty good.
AAU wrestling started while back, two of my sons wrestle, one placed third last weekend....should have gotten first he had first and second place kid beat most of the match but then got pinned twice....oh well as long as they have fun.....other son was sick and didn't wrestle.0
