  Good Design - see how the blast is contained to upward and to the sides? Person at the rear of the weapon may only get singed a bit, and minor shrapnel. Sure would be a bad day at the office, though.

  They musta known this gun or ammo had a problem. The way the test was set up suggests they were expecting "failure" at some point.
