Until you see one up close and personal ... you're amateurs. Sorry, that's
just the way it is. Folks who have seen the saucers and have photographed
them, too - incidentally - sometimes by the hundreds/thousands, as in Mexico
City (in broad daylight) are on a completely different level than those who are still
wondering IF they exist.
... and I ask again - IF UFO's/flying saucers/flying 'cigar shaped craft/the giant
triangular shaped craft seen all over the US, Belgium and France, all of which
that can fly at much higher Mach speeds than we can even comprehend (as
witnessed by many military/civilian radar trackings that coincide with many pilots
'eveballing' them at the same time) ... if that is all horse poop ... then why are there
thousands of casebooks that are and remain classified? Why, when a few are
finally 'declassified' they have page after page after page of print inked out?
My prediction is that soon our government is going to be the only one around
who professes (alone) that there is nothing at all to them.
... and remember, this is brought to you by the same government that locked up

I think so.
Believe me, NOBODY wanted to see a flying saucer in the 1950's and early 1960's - and IF they did, they certainly would not report it because of the stigma of being called nuts attached to it. Not so much today - although, some still feel that way.
Read about the Greeks and their first contacts with African elephants - with contact in Egypt for the first time. Captains and crews who claimed to have seen elephants and giraffes were ridiculed and even threatened with burning! They were thought to somehow have been bewitched! Finally, the King of Athens had to send a ship to Egypt SPECIFICALLY to bring back an elephant and giraffe - which they did. End of debate.
I see the same thing going on here. I've seen lights in the sky moving at tremendous speeds from horizon to horizon (you youngsters don't remember Echo, do you) - I didn't know for sure they were satellites but presumed they were.
Then I got a close up look at a 100' craft and what it could do - and I call it a 'craft' because it was metallic, flew at a great speed (silently) stopped on a dime at 90? angles, etc.
'We' suddenly had a 'problem' - 'we' had "seen the elephant" - as that old civil war phrase goes.
I can personally analyze what that means within our family - my friend Allan and I saw - and my wife and his wife, my four grown kids and his three grown kids have not. They want to ... but the difference between seeing and wanting to see is insurmountable.
Fortunately, they know us as honest and the matter of whether we saw what we say we saw has never been at issue. What strangers think about what we saw really concerns us not at all. The issue for us, however, was/is still, "What in the world WAS that thing and WHERE DID IT COME FROM!?" The matter of IF it existed/exists and the impossibility of it performing those unearthly flying maneuvers became forever moot, in 1963.
