Moved posts... What's the big deal?

Somebody explain to me wht the issue is with putting a political post in the political forum? I'm serious. I just don't get what the issue is. It's not deleted, just catagorized as a political subject. What's wrong with that?

    I don't have moderation rights on GD, and have never moved a post in my life, but, I have had several "political" posts moved to the political forum, and it has never bothered me. I just don't see the issue.


    We do not require an "issue" to piss and moan.

    The moderator decides what is or is not political. One person's opinion.

    What is political to you may not be to me. Also many of us do not view the political forum and probably miss interesting posts. We cannot respond to posts we do not read.

    IMHO, keep the political crap here and convert the empty space into a "Post your U-tube links here forum." As lame as most of the political threads are, they are at least a real thought.
