Which pistol would you purchase?

I didn't buy the Browning A-Bolt in 25 wssm, and still have some money burning a hole in my pocket. Been wanting a 40 caliber handgun for a long time, and have been looking for quite a while. Have narrowed it down to these 3.

EAA Witness Compact
Steyr Model M
Beretta 9000S

That is the only 3 I am going to choose from. The Steyr and the Beretta I can buy for $360. The Witness for $289. Which would you choose, and why?

    I don'really like the Steyr. It would be my second choice. 1st choice of those three would be the EAA.

    I would go with the EAA. The Witness and most other CZ-75 copies fit my hand like a glove and they are very accurate.

    The EAA.
    Don't like the way the Steyr fits my hand, and the "thingy" in the trigger.
    Beretta, too many parts.

    I would not buy any of the three, but if those are the only choices, I go with the 9000S
