An entertaining movie. I'd love to hear from our resident WWII combat vet Joe if, when on patrol, he and his buddies walked along bunched up, loudly gabbing away and then spent a lot of time arguing with their CO about whether or not to attack an objective! 0 -

I thought the final battle was too "video game"...I mean the heroes fight against never ending krauts by themselves right until there are 3 guys left, then boom! the P-51s come in and boom! a buttload of other Rangers come from parts unknown...
Sounds like a level of Medal of Honor or Call of Duty [xx(]

I enjoyed the movie, but I kept thinking during the entire movie while they were arguing with Tom Hanks, that it would not have been that way in the Army I was in! 0 -
I liked it, but I think Black Hawk Down was just as good or better. 0 -
Right after is We Were Soliders....Great flick 0
