  When I quite last time I lasted about three months my down fall was the drinks!Catch a buzz and you want to smoke, just natural!Try pepper mint candys they helped me also if you can get pepper mint oil and when you get a craving put a drop on your tounge,it realy works!At least for me, im going to do it this year, just got to pick a date and do it!Maybe for my 15 year aniversery for my wife.Keep it up man, you can do it!
