How many of you saw a Fox News clip about an hour ago where a school student was shot in Charlotte, NC, and the police had just arrested a black male, allegedly the shooter? They said the victim was still alive and might survive.

Charlotte, NC (AHN) - An 18-year old student was hurt when a gunman sprayed the Crossroads Charter High School in north Charlotte with bullets. The incident happened Wednesday at around 10 a.m. at the parking lot while the students were dismissed after exams.
One person was arrested in the drive-by shooting, according to the school principal. Charlotte police are still hunting for two more suspects who fled immediately the school grounds aboard a blue Ford Explorer after the shooting incident.
The students were herded back into their classrooms to ensure their safety. Crossroads Charter has 225 students distributed from grades 9 through 12. It is located on N. Tryon Street.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said officers arrested a suspect not long after Wednesday's shooting, which took place in the parking lot of Crossroads Charter High School around 10 a.m.
Police are also looking for two more suspects.
The school's principal told WCNC-TV the shooting happened as students were being dismissed for the day due to testing.
They were brought back inside after the shooting.

Thanks Old Colts. Normally this kind of news would be breaking news and all over the networks by now. This is mighty close to the SC border, and the SC primary is on the skyline when all kinds of voters are going to the polls.
How is it that a drive-by shooting where a school has been sprayed by gunfire, and one student shot, all of a sudden disappears from the headlines? Would it be because that presidential candidates weak on gun control would lose votes? Would it be because the alleged shooter is black and Obama being the media's darling losing votes? Why would the American public ordinarily be hammered to death with up to the minute news broadcastings when we have a school shooting? Fair and Balanced news, huh?0 -

The facts are that the internet was buzzing with what happened with the story. Let's just hope the news continues in full force - I still have not been able to get the news you are talking about. The suspect they pictured on Fox was black, and supposedly, two other suspects are at large. Where is the all the up to date news you reported in your first post? I am the one that reported this as breaking news, pistoljim, not you! You made a post that did nothing more than parrot the story at the links I had made - in effect your posting was totally useless and lent absolutely nothing essential to the story that I had reported as being squashed! If the story has not been squashed, pistoljim, then by all means, shed some light on this issue in addition to what was initially reported. The very fact that you made the post you did would lead any reasonable person to believe that you had additional news. YOU DON'T! Your posting also is misleading because you said it was all over the news - it ain't! Hence the up-to-date note I made.
