link to gb credit request please

all these buttons and i cant find the one where i apply for a credit where an auction went sour andis being returned. can you help? its not listed on any of the gb help icons.

    I think you have to open a support issue.

    From the GB support page:

    "What can I do if the high bidder fails to complete the transaction?
    (last updated on 5/31/2005 11:05:45 PM)

    You must allow 5 calendar days for the bidder to respond to you. Please be patient, as some people do not check their email very often.
    If you cannot contact the high bidder within 4 days, navigate to our For Sellers page and select the Resolving Problems with the Buyer wizard. This will help you with the problem.

    Our Problem with Buyer web page, at the link above, describes how to file a Non-Paying Bidder Report against a buyer who does not purchase the item. Upon receiving and verifying your NPB Report, you will be able to re-post the item listing and relist that item."

    I just re-read your post, and your problem is a return, rather than a non-paying bidder. I don't know for sure how that is handled. Go to HELP and open a support issue. You will receive an answer within 48 hours.
