Are there any revolvers which are .45acp? And is there any way to adapt the .45acp to another caliber revolver, like the .45LC and etc?

Yes. Colt and Smith&Wesson both made one. As to firing acp's in a .45lc The diameter is a little different I believe 0 -

Yes. But you will need two cylinders. One for 45ACP, one for 45Colt. Uberti sells Colt single-action guns with two cylinders for just this reason.
The ACP case mouth needs to rest on a ridge in the chamber to keep it from sliding too far forward. (Shorter cartridge-sharp edged mouth) which means the 45Colt won't go all the way into a 45ACP chamber.
Using ACP in a 45 Colt revolver (long colt, to some) will not work because there isn't enough space in the back of the cylinder to accomodate the ACP cartridges with moon clips.
You can get one of the .45 "magnums" (I forget the cartridge) that will also shoot 45Colt. Perhaps someone reading this will respond with the combo I'm talking about. Joe0 -
S&W Model 1917 was made to shoot .45 Acp due to the fact that they couldn't produce enough of the 1911s the army wanted.
it fed off of two semi moon clips that were pre-loaded with .45 acp ammo. these cannons were very popular with Elliot Ness' untouchables. in his biography he is quoted as talking about how the crooks feared his men with these large bore wheel guns.
S&W and i think colt both made em till the mid 30s and revived them in WWII and again shortly after.
