Do they really help you see blood trail at night?

As with anything else, you get what you pay for. Besides the light, you will need the appropriate accessory kit for blood detection. 0 -
I've seen that GERBER is offering a light for hunters. It says it has advanced UV light that alows you to see blood trails in 3-D or something like that.
Basically it makes the blood stand out.0 -
Cabelas is offering one as a sale Item . If it was so good AS ADVERTISED

The Gerber Carnivore does work. I used one to help another hunter find a deer he shot at dusk. The combination of red and blue LEDs makes blood shine brightly. The only thing is that it also makes anything else colored red shine (like red fall colored leaves). 0 -
